Q: How long will it take to receive my Scuba Beer™ products?
A:Our goal at Scuba Beer is to ensure the customer experience is to the highest of standards for all interactions with our business. To guarantee that our customer experience is positive, our shipping time frames are broken up into two parts:
Processing Time: Order processing, quality checks and packaging. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order.
Australian Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please expect shipping times from anywhere between 2-5 business days for Australia wide shipping. All shipments will be tracked with AUS Post.
Express Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please expect shipping times from anywhere between 1-3 business days for Australia wide shipping. All shipments will be tracked with AUS Post.
Standard International Shipping: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please expect shipping times from anywhere between 5 - 10 business days for all international shipments. All shipments will have a tracking number attached.
*All Shipping times are indicated by AUS Post and are exclusive of any delays they may be experiencing.
Q: Does my Scuba Beer™ order have tracking? How can I track my package?
A: After placing your order with us, please allow from 1-2 business days to have your order processed by our team. Once your order has been picked and packed we will send out another email (in addition to your order confirmation email) that will include the Australia Post tracking number. You will then be able to visit the Aus Post website and track your shipment, which will include the approximate delivery date.

Q: Does Scuba Beer™ provide a quality guarantee for their products being sold?
A: We sure do! At Scuba Beer we pride our selves on the high quality products that we have to offer. However if you are not happy with your Scuba Beer product or if you find damages or a defect, contact us immediately so that we can provide the best solution appropriate to your case.

Q: Pre-Orders - What can I Expect?
A: In the occasion we have put one of our Scuba Beer products on pre-order, we aim to provide a time frame on when we will fulfill these for the convenience of our customers. These dates are an approximation and subject to change.
Q: Pre-Orders - What happens when I have ordered a product that is on pre-order as well as products that are currently available?
A: In the instance that you order products that are on pre-order as well as some that are ready to ship, the whole order will be delayed until all the products are available to ship out. If you require the "available product" to be shipped out as per normal, please separate your orders into two orders so that we can get these out to you ASAP.
