How do I place an order?

It’s easy! Find the snorkel or multi-pack you'd like to purchase and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing details and the Scuba Beer team will process your order as fast as we can.

Is my personal information safe on your website?

At Scuba Beer, we ensure a 100% safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers. We utilise SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your snorkel product.

How do I use the Scuba Beer Snorkel?

Using a Scuba Beer Snorkel is easy as 1, 2, 3:

Scuba Beer Bottle Snorkel:

1. Simply, place the Scuba Beer snorkel onto the top of the bottled beverage and make sure its on all the way and tight. 

2. Ensure the straw is placed a few mm off the bottom of the bottle to ensure minimal spillage.

3. When ready, flip the bottle with the Scuba Beer snorkel attached to with your mouth on the mouth piece and chug your drink. 

Scuba Beer Can/Tinny Snorkel:

1. Simply, place the Scuba Beer snorkel onto the top of the canned beverage and make sure its on all the way and tight. 

2. Ensure the straw is placed a few mm off the bottom of the can to ensure minimal spillage.

3.When ready, flip the can with the Scuba Beer snorkel attached to with your mouth on the mouth piece and chug your drink. 

*If at anytime you need to stop the flow simply flip the bottle back up the other way.

How can I request specific colours for my Scuba Beer Products?

If you wish to request a colour when purchasing a multi-pack simply add a comment to the checkout notes prior to checking out and we will try our best to fulfill to your request.

If you have not requested a Colour, the snorkel or connector colours will be chosen at random based on product availability.  

*Limited Edition colours are not available in multi-packs.

Australian Domestic Shipping times:

Our goal at Scuba Beer is to ensure the customer experience is to the highest of standards for all interactions with our business. To guarantee that our customer experience is positive, our shipping time frames are broken up into two parts:

Order Processing: Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. We will fulfill your order as soon as we can. 

Standard Shipping: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please expect shipping times from anywhere between 2-5 business days for Australia wide shipping*. All shipments will be tracked with AUS Post.

Express Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please expect shipping times from anywhere between 1-3 business days for Australia wide shipping*. All shipments will be tracked with AUS Post.

International Shipping times: Standard International Shipping: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please expect shipping times from anywhere between 5 - 15 business days for all international shipments*. All shipments will have a tracking number attached. 

*All Shipping times are indicated by AUS Post and are exclusive of any delays they may be experiencing.

How do I track my order?

After placing your order with us, please allow from 1-2 business days to have your order processed by our team. Once your order has been picked and packed we will send out another email (in addition to your order confirmation email) that will include the Australia Post tracking number. You will then be able to visit the Australia Post website and track your shipment, which will include the approximate delivery date. 

If you do not receive this email please check your Spam/Junk Folder. If this does not solve the problem don't hesitate to Contact us.

If I want my delivery before Christmas when do I have to order by?

Sending as early as possible, and by the dates advised following, means your letters and parcels will have the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas. We’ll still deliver items sent after these dates as quickly as possible, but it will be difficult to get them to their destinations by Christmas.

Send Parcel Post by Saturday 12 December 2020.

Send Express Post by Saturday 19 December 2020.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Does Scuba Beer™ provide a quality guarantee?

We sure do! At Scuba Beer we pride our selves on the high quality products that we have to offer. However if you are not happy with your Scuba Beer product or if you find damages or a defect, contact us immediately so that we can provide the best solution appropriate to your case. 

You may be eligible for a refund if your snorkel arrives damaged in some form. You can contact us within 30 days of order being placed to secure a refund. For more information please go to our Refund Policy.

I've changed my mind. Can I return my products for a refund?

Please Refer to our Refunds Policy to find out more about change of mind refunds.

Can I cancel my order?

All order cancellations are processed as store credit. If your order has already processed, we are unable to cancel the order or make any changes.

If you place an order and email us straight away - it is not guaranteed that we will be able to cancel or edit your order as it can take 1-2 Business Days for our Customer Service team to respond to your email.

I didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation?

It’s possible the confirmation email has gone to your spam mail or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you!

Please contact us straight away at info@scubabeer.com with the Full Name the order was placed under.

How can I pay for an order?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and AfterPay (AU, NZ & USA only) are available on our website at checkout.

How do I use my store credit/gift card?

Steps to use store credit at checkout.

1. Add item/s to your bag

2. Continue to checkout

4. Enter your shipping information

5. Choose a shipping method

6. In the order payment section enter the unique gift card/store credit number you want to use then click "Apply"

7. Store credit will be applied to your order.

8. If your total amount is more than your credit you will then need to also select Credit Card to pay the remainder.

 

(Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s online)

How do I use a discount code?

Steps to use a discount code at checkout.

1. Add items to your cart

2. Continue to checkout

3. Enter your email address & shipping information

4. Choose a shipping method

5. In the order summary enter your discount code in the discount code box then click "Apply"

6. Discount code is applied to your order

(Please note that discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any automatic store discounts or gift cards/store credit).

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

Sorry! Only one discount code can be applied to an order. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be redeemed after this point.

Can I purchase a Gift Card?

Unfortunately, AfterPay and Store Credit cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers at checkout. Sorry!

How do pre-orders work?

In the occasion we have put one of our Scuba Beer products on pre-order, we aim to provide a time frame on when we will fulfill these for the convenience of our customers. These dates are an approximation and subject to change

What happens when I have ordered a product that is on pre-order as well as products that are currently available?

In the instance that you order products that are on pre-order as well as some that are ready to ship, the whole order will be delayed until all the products are available to ship out. If you require the "available product" to be shipped out as per normal, please separate your orders into two orders so that we can get these out to you ASAP.
