Our goal at Scuba Beer is to ensure the customer experience is to the highest of standards for all interactions with our business. To guarantee that our customer experience is positive, our shipping time frames are broken up into two parts:
Processing Time: Order processing, quality checks and packaging. Please allow up to three business days* to process your order.

Australian Domestic Shipping:
FREE Standard Shipping** Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please expect shipping times from anywhere between 2-5 business days* for Australia wide shipping. All shipments will be tracked with AUS Post.
Express Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please expect shipping times from anywhere between 1-3 business days* for Australia wide shipping. All shipments will be tracked with AUS Post.

Standard International Shipping Definition: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please expect shipping times from anywhere between 2 - 25 business days* for all international shipments. All shipments will have a tracking number attached. All shipments internationally are exclusive of any local import or duty taxes.

Shipping Disclaimer:
Scuba Beer will not be held responsible/liable for any lost or stolen packages that have had a delivery confirmation (by the carrier) to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Customers of Scuba Beer are responsible for providing their correct shipping address. If a package is returned or rejected and the package is returned to sender (Scuba Beer) the customer will be required to pay for shipment* to resend the goods back out. If your item is unclaimed at the shipment carriers depot or place of pickup, your item will be returned to sender or destroyed by the carrier depending on the circumstances. Scuba Beer will hold NO responsibility to cover costs and no refunds will be issued in this instance. You as the buyer are responsible for claiming your goods.
Scuba Beer do not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be give in this instance. Please refer to refund policy
*If you purchased a Scuba Beer product with "free shipping" the customer will incur the whole postage cost that is required to resend the package.
Customs Charges:
Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. Scuba Beer does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges. Please note Scuba Beer does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
Custom Holds:
Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above, please contact your local customs office or shipping courier.

Pre-Orders:
If you purchased a "Pre-Order" item, Pre-Order means the item is currently not in stock, so it will be processed and sent to you as soon as the stock arrives at our fulfillment center. If you order a "Pre-Order" item and don't acknowledge this in the description and or description, NO refunds will be given in this instance.
